Combinant des concepts et approches de l’écologie, de la biogéochimie, de la géographie et de l’hydrologie, mon groupe vise à comprendre comment les changements dans le paysage terrestre affectent le fonctionnement des lacs et rivières, de l’échelle locale à continentale. Nous valorisons l’étude des patrons comme des processus, et nos recherches allient donc le travail sur le terrain avec l’analyse de bases de données à grandes échelles spatiales et temporelles existantes.
Combining approaches and concepts from ecology, biogeochemistry, geography and hydrology, my lab is broadly interested in understanding how changes in the terrestrial landscape impact the functioning of lakes and rivers from local to continental scales.
